I specialize in helping small businesses with their Human Resource needs, from hiring to termination and everything in between.  I have a passion for helping others succeed and with over 20 years in Human Resources I can help you navigate your way through all the paperwork, documentation, etc. that is required in California, allowing you to focus on what is most important to you… your business.  I have my Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification; a Bachelors in Behavioral Science; a Masters in Human Behavior; as well as Mediation and Coach training.
